Website enquiries

If you use the contact form we process your name, email, organisation, enquiry type and message so we can reply. We do not sell this information. We keep it only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up contract discussion.

Ear care services

When we deliver services to a care home, the home is the data controller for resident records. We act as processor. Processing is limited to delivering the services (otoscopy images, screening results, treatment notes, consent status and information the home supplies). Details are set out in Schedule 1 of the relevant agreement.

Your rights

You may ask us for access, correction, deletion or restriction where we are the controller (for example website enquiries). Resident rights requests relating to treatment records should go to the care home first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
