Every contract includes the following services delivered twice annually per resident, with no hidden costs :

What's The Process?
We work closely with each individual care home to ensure our visits are smooth, organised, and comfortable for both residents and staff. Our aim is to integrate seamlessly into your existing care structure — minimising disruption while maximising positive outcomes.
Once negotiations are done and you're on board, this is how it all works!

Each home within the group nominates a member of staff to act as our Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for that home, and introduces them to Clear Sound Solutions (CSS).

CSS will provide the SPOC with our onboarding guide.

CSS will reach out to SPOC to negotiate our first visit to their home (Clinic Day).

SPOC gathers consent forms from NOK / POA of residents who lack mental capacity
-
SPOC provides details of all residents for CSS
-
CSS arrives on-site, and performs otoscopies, identifying who needs oil and treatment
-
CSS supply's and labels Olive Oil Spray for each resident and hands to SPOC
-
CSS provides reports detailing treatment recommendations
-
CSS & SPOC will negotiate the treatment commencement date
-
SPOC organises Olive Oil pre-treatments 2 weeks before treatment commencement
-
CSS performs microsuction treatments and hearing tests.

CSS will send reports to SPOC confirming treatments completed
Clinical Reporting & Transparency
Following each clinic day, Clear Sound Solutions provides the care home with a comprehensive service report.
This report includes:

Summary of residents seen
-
MDT notes
-
Clinical recommendations
-
HD Digital Otoscopy Images (and videos when needed)
-
Before-and-after images (where microsuction has been completed)
Using the digital capabilities of the TympaHealth platform, we are able to provide visual documentation that supports transparency.
These reports can assist care homes in maintaining accurate records and demonstrating proactive healthcare management aligned with expectations of the Care Quality Commission.

These reports can also assist residents. If a resident is being referred for hearing aids, or anything else relating to their ear health, these reports are suitable to be included in their medical records.​
