Pricing and contracting

Two models. No hidden extras in either. Choose group coverage or pay per treated resident in a single home.

Individual homes

Approved Supplier Agreement

£125 inclusive of VAT per treated resident

Twice per calendar year. Invoice within 7 days of the visit. Payment due in 30 days by BACS or Faster Payments.

  • Otoscopy, hearing screening and report with images always included
  • Olive oil, microsuction, remote ENT review and audiologist referral included when needed
  • Minimum 10 consented and suitable residents per visit
  • The home is responsible for obtaining consent and for any recharge to residents or families

What this model is for

Independent homes, or group homes that are not on a group-wide contract, who want an approved supplier to service their residents twice a year without committing the whole estate.

Pricing is per person actually treated — not per bed. If a listed resident is not suitable on the day, they are not treated and not charged.

Care groups

Fixed-term group agreements

Core delivery runs on a six-month cadence, so a 12-month contract is two full service rounds to each home in the group. Everything is fully inclusive. We do not add a Highlands and Islands surcharge.

How group pricing is built

Two inputs:

  • £25 per home per month
  • £16.90 per resident capacity per month (about £3.90 per week)

Group prices exclude VAT.

Term-length discounts

  • 18 months — 2.5%
  • 24 months — 5.0%
  • 36 months — 7.5%

Worked example

A group with 10 homes and capacity of 750 residents:

  • 10 × £25 = £250
  • 750 × £16.90 = £12,675
  • Monthly total £12,925 (ex VAT)
  • 12-month total £155,100
  • 36-month term with 7.5% discount: contract total £430,402.50 — about £11,955.62 per month
