We pride ourselves in keeping this step as simple and transparent as possible.
In that spirit, we do not charge additional fees for groups with homes in the highlands and islands areas, as we believe that everyone should have equal access to services, regardless of where you choose to live!
Everything is fully inclusive - there are no additional hidden costs.
Fixed-Term Service Agreements
We offer our services via fixed-term contracts of 12, 18, 24, or 36 months.
Core service delivery operates on a 6 months cadence, so a 12 month contract is 2 full service deliveries to each home in the group.
Contracts over 12 Months attract the following term length discounts.

18 Months : 2.5% discount

24 Months : 5.0% discount

36 Months : 7.5% discount
Pricing Mechanics
We simply have 2 main considerations when pricing a group contract.
1. The total number of homes in the group
2. The total resident capacity across the group
Based on these, we charge the following :
£25 per home per month
£16.90 per resident capacity per month (equivalent of £3.90 per week)
Example :
A group with 10 homes, and a total capacity of 750 residents :
10 x £25 = £250 , 750 x £16.90 = £12,675 , Monthly total : £12,925
12 month total : £155,100
Term length 36 Months (7.5% discount)
Contract sub-total : £465,300
Discount : -£ 34,897.50
Contract total : £430,402.50
Monthly : £11,955.62
