Two pathways
The clinical service is the same. The commercial model is different. Choose the route that fits how you buy and how residents are consented.
A structured programme across every home (or list of homes) in the group. Coverage is planned around the group’s homes and resident capacity, with fixed-term agreements and term-length discounts.
An Approved Supplier Agreement for a single home. Residents opt in. The home obtains consent and may recharge families. You pay only for residents actually treated.
What we deliver
Clear images of the ear canal and eardrum so staff and families can see what we see.
Gentle, visually guided wax removal — the NHS gold-standard method — when it is needed.
A 4-frequency check at 500Hz, 1kHz, 2kHz and 4kHz to support next-step decisions.
A comprehensive report, typically within five working days, suitable for care records and CQC evidence.
Why it matters
Untreated wax and unidentified hearing change can look like withdrawal, confusion or “just getting older”. On-site care reduces that risk without the stress of external appointments.

Professional indemnity, public and products liability, and employers’ liability cover are in place. Certificates are available on request.
